Carol Wrigley says finding a realtor who has a thorough knowledge of this community is essential to buying or selling a home in Leaside.

Wrigley feels that her intimate knowledge of the construction and renovation processes better equips her to judge their quality, and the real value they add to a home.
“I’ve also sold many new homes, and dealt with builders and designers. I have first-hand knowledge of living through a renovation, and designing a space for functionality.”
Wrigley’s unique background also gives her an extra edge, especially when it comes to multiple-offer deals, a phenomenon that is not at all uncommon in this high-demand community.
“I have a degree in business administration, and have 20 years’ experience in the investment business,” she says. “I feel that this have given me the financial knowledge and competitive edge to negotiate deals, especially in multiple offer situations.”
Wrigley’s dedication to the Leaside real estate market has inspired her to compile monthly newsletters under the banner “The Wrigley Report,” that are delivered to North and South Leaside homes. The newsletters give Leaside residents information on average selling prices for homes in the area, messages about local events, listings of area properties, and tips on home maintenance and improvement.
